[Retros] New version of Riface 2022 retro judgment

Dear Retro-friends,

A new version of the judgment for the retro composing tourney of RIFACE 2022 is available.
The most interesting change is a "Hors Concours" problem received a few days after thejudgment was made and which Kostas Prentos allowed us to present inside the judgment!
The other changes are some typos and two solutions translated to French (while keepingthe English solutions of both authors).
