[Retros] SuperProblem composing thematic tourney for proofgames

The "international web project" SuperProblem organizes many quick composing
tourneys, directed by Aleksey Oganesjan.
For the first time, there is one (the 266th!!) dedicated to proofgames (I
am the judge).
