Here is an improvement on part 1. A way to end on 0-0 in 7.0:

1.h4 ~ 2.h5 ~ 3.h6 gxh6 4.Rxh6 ~ 5.Rh5 Sh6 6.Rxh6 Bxh6 7. ~ 0-0
