[Retros] Riface composing tourney precisions

Dear retro friends,
Some points were not so clear in the Riface composing tourney theme, so here are some precisions:
* Only PGs need to be C+ (although we'll be very interested by C+  classical retros of course ;-P )* It is not expected that you add another fairy condition...  On previous years some composers made problems with orthodox twins 
  though, and that was considered a nice addition.
* A royal kNight can of course castle, as long as the classical 
  conditions are respected (it has not moved, neither the rook,   etc...  (for short castling the squares e1,f1,g1 must not be attacked).
