[Retros] BREAKING NEWS: New Proof Games Length Record

Dear all,

Today the February issue of Die Schwalbe appeared -- and it contains a 
new length record for unique proof games! In hard work Andrey Frolkin 
and Werner Keym managed to set the new record to 58.5 moves -- based on 
the scheme of the former record by Pronkin and Frolkin. Congratulation!!
