Ha ha ha, so now the problem of determining the actual record becomes  
concrete!

Generally speaking I feel much concerned with economy criteria, such  
as the largest possible number of home-based pieces, everything else  
being equal. But here we are dealing with length records, so the full  
length of the game should be emphasized - to my mind - and hence  
should be prevalent to other criteria. I mean in our context a game in  
X+0.5 moves should be considered "better" than a game in X moves with  
better economy.
