FEN format in the solutions).

Modified 9C and solution according to Michel's comment
(i hope it's correct).

Nikolai noticed that Dmitrij's coloring problem is a record
(+N17C), but in fact i think N14A still holds for the moment.

I hope i forgot nothing, if it were the case don't hesitate
to drop me a line.
