Alas this is susceptible to Joost's +wNb4 cook.

But more fundamentally, there is another new cook +wNb1,+wNanywhere.

In my suggestion 8/PP6/PRQ5/1B6/2R5/PkP5/1PrP3P/K7, the existence of wPh2
forces bhP to have captured the second wN.
