It's possible to get a stalemate in 6.0:

1. f3 d5 2. Kf2 Qd6 3. h4 Qh6 4. h5 Sf6 5. Kg3 Se4 6. Kh4 g5=

I haven't been able to find an exact proofgame in 6.0 though (although
the black play is determined in the above proofgame), nor an inexact one
in 5.5.
