I guess castling rights are lost by way of game termination; hence one can create a position in which white mates or stalemates the opponent in 1 move. :)
The act of castling also terminates castling rights in that particular game, doesn’t it? :)
Nor will white ever castle in this position:
Ke1, Ra1, Rh1 – Ka8, Rb8, Bb7, Pa6
after 1.Rxa6+
