[Retros] 3rd and a half update of length records

Dear Retrofans,

As stated by Bernd, two D22/15 records have been created
independantly by Andrew Buchanan and Bernd Schwarzkopf
(based on Bernd's D26/15).

So i updated it quickly, and so we have another small update
of the booklet. According to my policy of editing ex-aequos
i added both problems:
