[Retros] Jorge Lois 60 Jubilee Tourney

Just in case somebody didn't see the previous announcement I repeat it here.

IM Jorge Lois is turning 60 years old in december 2006.  A composition Tourney
has been organized to celebrate this, H#3 and Proofgames.

Proofgames theme is "Invisible Platzwechsel". Closing date december 5th 2006.
