In fact it must include at least the double-check mates with e8Q/B,
which are listed as "Realizable in 11 plies" and for which we
already have at least the 11-ply examples I posted here in May 1996
(1 d4 h5 2 d5 Rh6 3 d6 Re6 4 dxe7 f6 5 Qxd7 Kf7 6 e8Q/B#,
duly included in H.Onoda's lists).
