Oops -- thre's no Ph1 to erase; that should say
-Rh1 -Pb2,g2,h2; -Qd8 -Pc7,f7,h7; C+ Popeye <2min.

Since an *S*PG was called for, the tempo loss 1 e3, 2 e4 isn't needed.
