For subcategory "rc" your knight SPG in 4.5 moves is a new record.

However you pawn promoting to queen SGP for "wc" subcategory is not.
Noam Elkies produced the following "wc" already 4.10.2002:
(4.5): 1.e4 d5 2.e5 Qd6 3.exd6 Bf5 4.dxc7 Bg6 5.c8=Q#

Record table for black pieces mating still needs to be compiled and
checked. It is likely that your double check findings for black,
subcategories "wc", "rc" and "mc" are new records.
