[Retros] Possible misprint?

Does anyone know if a solution or correction has ever been published for Problem 12049 in "Die Schwalbe", 202, August 2003, by Dmitry Baibikov?

It seems to me that the position as shown is impossible. I believe the BPa4 should have been shown at a3. Then it makes for a good problem.

Could I be wrong?
