[Retros] Portoroz Codex meeting

To followup on my previous mail:

During the WCCC, Thomas Maeder told me that a few years ago, he participated 
on a Codex discussion on the retros mailinglist. I took a look at the 
archives from the list, and found out that this discussion was about the 
same issue: Is a composition sent to the list published or not?

Attached is the discussion (I hope I didn't leave out any mails)
