To my surprise, I found Die Schwalbe 194 in the mail today. 7 retro problems
can be found. Please submit your comments to Gunter Lauinger
(g.lauinger at t-online.de), the retro section gets very little comments
unfortunately...

the pieces te get an illegal cluster. The pieces
may be rotated (So ignore the square colouring of

How many bishops should be removed at least
so that white can deliver mate?

About 11466: Alice chess is played on 2 boards. In the initial position, all
pieces are on board A. After moving a piece (begin- and end-square are on
the
same board), the piece is moved to the other board. The square it is moved
to
must be empty. So an game could for instance start with 1. e2-e4 (->B) g7-g5
(->B) 2. Bc1-h6 (->B) going "through" the pawn on the other board!
In the ASCII diagram, the pieces on board B have a * -after- the piece.

I hope this is clear enough...
