[R129 SL] Diagnostic Code Scanner Question

Greetings,
I have been looking at the Actron CP9175 AutoScanner Diagnostic Code Scanner with Freeze Frame Data for OBDII (Post-1996) Vehicles.  It would serve to do two vehicles the 1996 SL500 and a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8.  Does anyone have experience with this device?
