yes but this list is set up on your server and you decide whom is=20
subscribed or not, therefore you manage it. It's not pavu's list but you=20
manage it and the associated spam machine which is the point here.

now i just think your not responsible for your acts and unable to accept=20
any kind of criticism.
So may be you just have to set up a closed and private mailing list where=20
you can work with your clients in full respect of your own rules, and then=
=20
there will be less risks that you take your feet in your own carpet.
