   Y'know, I did a similar thing: ate lots of fruits, veggies, chicken-
cut waaaaaaaaaaaay down on starches and refined flour/sugar. I drink
water only. Kept cheese and
   the 'bad foods' I still love in moderation. With adding a workout
program the 20lbs I wanted to lose just melted off. I have learned
what 'whole grains' are and
   absolutely include those in my diet. This is not considered a
low-carb diet, though. The Atkins diet restricts things like fruits
and even some veggies (which I think is
   insane) and lets you eat all the saturated fat you can shove down
your throat. I think we just started eating 'right'.
