[nbos] [AS2] Quick Generate Plug in

I ran th is script with a spherical sector... and it it populated a
cubic one with a larger radius than my sphere.  Is there an easy fix
to get it to populate just inside the sector designated instead of
defaulting to the cubic dimensions?
