[nbos] [AS] Fast bang loop

If it took 17 hours to run on any sector and it did surface map generation, that was BigBang.  That is exactly why I modified Big to get Fast.  I wanted all of  the planetary data and did not care about surface maps.

Ok, I deleted Sol from the equation, and it just ran the first system
on the list and then stopped.  I'm not entirely certain what the
glitch is since no one else seems to be getting this issue.
