[nbos] FM8 - Downloads for new symbols?

Hello, I've got 3 questions:

1: I've seen occasional mails bouncing around with links to new downloads,
including conversions from other products' symbols.  Is there a central
location where I can find these links?  A wiki for NBOS would be really
handy for this sort of thing.

2: I had purchased the additional symbols pack long ago for FM7, but have
lost the files since then.  Is it possible to retrieve my purchase info to
get another download of these?

3: When I try to open some of my old FM7 maps, I get an error: "Access
Violation at address 004E6C52 in module 'Mapper8.exe'.  Read of address
00000000."  Anyone know what is causing this?
