[nbos] CC3 fills under FM8

Hi Mark,

I bought the CC3 'crossgrade' for FM owners, and so it automatically installed copies of the CC3 art for me in "...Mapper8\MapArt\Standard Fantasy Symbols".

I suspect that if you just copied the folders in "...CC3\Symbols\Maps\CC3" to that location then they would be available for you.

Copy them into the following directory:

     X:
     |_Programs
       |_NBOS
         |_Mapper8
           |_FillPatterns
             |_Battlemap

OR (as appropriate)

     X:
     |_Programs
       |_NBOS
         |_Mapper8
           |_FillPatterns
             |_Classic

After that, they're available upper right under Fill Style/Set:
