The usual cause of this message is  that the .exe wasnt placed into the 
Mapper8 directory.  For this  update, it needs to replace your existing 
Mapper8.exe.  Though its  entirely possible, with the way vista handles file 
versions in protected  folders, that there could be a problem there if 
you're not copying the  file while running as  administrator.
