Don't have PSP.

I'm sure you could do what I've done in Vue 6. It's all about the
lighting.
In Vue, I do use the Top camera, and set the focal for 100mm to reduce
distance distortion. I usually use one of the Global Radiosity
atmospheres
to get the results I do for the military vehicles I've done. If course,
most
of the quality depends on the source model and how well it was textured.
