Hi Folks....Humming "rain rain go away on the weekends"....it was another wet one Friday & Saturday ..though I suppose the eeriness of the damp air added to the ambiance for the Horror Flicks, all and all we had a decent weekend considering the weather. Then Sunday Night thanks to a Power Outage we got to test our back up generator installed a couple of years ago, it preformed flawlessly in keeping the Picture on the screen and the rest rooms and concession lighted...but it was unable to power our all electric kitchen the customers seemed to enjoy hot dogs and coneys fresh off the propane grill prepared by master chef Carl...though no fresh popped popcorn permeated the air.

This weekend we bring in perhaps the biggest picture of the summer for a two week engagement. Disney/Pixar have been promoting this picture since last fall and reviews have been very positive. I'm expecting near capacity crowds and things could get challenging if the forecasted rains should continue. Our grass lot has been holding up quite well, but the back rows could turn to mush with a deluge of rain. The box office will be opening at 7PM or before on Friday and Saturday I would suggest you come early to insure a parking spot.

Strict parking rules will be in effect this weekend.

Our main feature CARS will play for two weekends...the co-features will change the second week.
