[W126 Coupe] [w126 coupe] condensation from the tubes attached to the vents?

Yousef,
The metal fittings on the hose can be wrapped or encased in foam tube as
well. From the pictures, it appears your hose(s) to the ETR (Evaporator
Temperature Regulator) Valve were replaced on your MB at some point.
That stain on the metal casing face is where MB applied the adhesive for
the foam block that covered the valve. The foam is structurally firm
and perhaps 1/4 inch (6mm) in thickness. Anything that will prevent the
cabin air from contacting the metal should prevent any future condensate.
