No venom intended, Hein. Just a warning that clearly the great majority 
of the readers here did not take what you said as humorous, no matter 
how good your intentions. My choice of the word "moderation" referred 
specifically to the fact that if we go a different list format, 
subscribers who persist in rude behavior will soon find that they are 
placed "on moderation" and their messages will have be approved before 
being released to the general readership. I currently manage six such 
lists and that technique works just fine.
