[W126 Coupe] Slow progress on my Euro 560SEC

My Euro 560SEC is not the tidiest of examples but I've been working on
making it so. When I bought it, it did not run, the paint was rough and the
interior had been customized with vinyl and fake ostrich skin that peeled
pretty badly. I suspect that this was caused by sweat.

It had been converted to regular shocks which spring helpers.

I got the car running by going through the ignition system which and when it
did get going. It was ugly as sin but ran like a scalded cat.

I managed to find a set semi decent seats which I swapped out but the door
panels were still trashed.

Last Friday, I found a 560SEC in the yard with decent back seat backs and
door panels so I grabbed these, along with a set of visors for the small sum
of $60 and I spent the day putting them on.

The interior while now, still not perfect, is a million times better then it
was.

I've posted some pictures here:

Recently I've been chasing down a running issue where the car would idle
fine for a while and then begin to miss and is also very low on power. I
suspect that the problem is the fuel distributor as I've seen these kind of
symptoms before.

I have already replaced all of the injectors which helped smooth the car out
and today, I removed the small strainer that goes into the FD and cleaned it
out. While the idle is better, it's still not perfect and still is low on
power.

The P# on the Euro FD is not the same as the P# on a US car. Are they
interchangeable? If so, I can order a rebuilt one from my wholesaler.

Many thanks

Al
