Yousef, this is just my opinion, but if it were me, and I had just gone to all of the trouble to take the dash apart, I would replace all the pods, no questions asked. I don't know what year car you have, but it is probably at least 20 years old, and those pods have rubber diaphragms. If they haven't failed yet, well, I'd bet they are bound to fail soon, especially in the Middle East heat. As I said, just my opinion; YMMV.

I'm not positive about the tube, but I think it is the condensation drain from the A/C system. I think a good quality rubber tape would be appropriate.
