[W126 Coupe] [W126 coupe] Engine Cooling System

Dry Heat - which is why I like Las Vegas.

My 560SEL "kept it's cool" on a 110F day with the dashboard thermometer
reading 122F while sitting stopped in traffic on The Strip.

Newly rebuilt radiator - rodded, cleaned, and painted (as good as a new unit
but $94.00)
Fresh coolant
replaced the engine driven fan with a dual electric fan setup attached to
the radiator!!
replaced the MB wimpy 85 amp alternator (after the 28 amp fans killed it)
with a custom built 140 amp unit.

FYI, I'm in Detroit right now and there is a chance of snow tonight. Going
home Friday and it's supposed to be 90F. I wanna go home!!
