John - Have you tried Bill Hirsch in Newark, NJ,  hirschauto.com.  They
carry all kinds of upholstery fabrics, auto tops, etc. and may have
headliner material.  You might have to buy the vinyl material for side
curtains separately from them.

Greeting from Ft Worth Texas. In need of a grey sunroof headliner for my
1991 560 SEC. Must have the attached vinyl side curtains (seen when sunroof
