[W126 Coupe] Head light adjustment

I do not have the numbers in front of me, but I remember that I have a certain distance from, in my case, the garage door. I had to put a horizontal line on the garage door of a certain height. I also measured the center of both lights and from there I followed the guide line instructions. I think you can find those info when you google it.

I measured the height to the center of the headlights and then went out at night and found a blank wall to play with. High beams should be about straight out, then low beams will take care of themselves.
