[W126 Coupe] question about rough idle

1991 560 sec  130,000 miles        i've replace the 2 fuel pumps, fuel filter, and accumulator and the fuel distributor about 8 months ago.
 
1st start of the day its ok, then out on the highway fine.  after i stop for awhile and restart it begans to stumble all the time at idle and takeoff.
 
after being on the freeway and come to a stop it idles fine.
 
so what is it?  injectors?  if it were injectors wouldn't it do it all of the time?
 
plug and wires, again would it do it all of the time?  
 
any help appreciated.
