Arthur  retired about seven years ago, and Chris bought the business.  I have had no problems with him and none with Arthur for all the years he was there.  Arthur has "gone fishin"  literally that  is what he has been doing.  
Chris "suggested"  which he then said  "but no does it and you will not either"

"On cars that are used   once a month or less, loosen fan belt after  using car.  Most water pumps go from too much tension on the shaft.  This does not happen on a car used daily or at least once a month


Chris rebuilds the pumps himself,  "in house."  He does  not send the pump out and then "mark up price for who  knows what kind of work."
I am  in Rockland  County,  originally from NYC.  Go out to Long Island two or three times a month
