[W126 Coupe] Locked keys in 560 SEC

On many cars 2000 and later dealers have a "plug" that goes into
the cigarette lighter if cars still have that accessory or
electrical outlet on the car that keeps the computers, pre-set radio,
etc. up to snuff when changing batteries or disconnecting the battery
