Markus i checked the radiator fluid and gear oil to see if there is mixing
(i dont know if this applies to the W126) looked ok... i noticed the low
level on the engine dip stick and i know that this SEC has been at the
dealer's shop for 6 months (but moved every now and then)
so definitely there is a leak somewhere... am not too worried since there
was no white smoke.... however nothing burnt
this reminded me .. SLS... i have no idea about this system and i do not
know if it was an option or existed on all SECs at the time (1990).. so i do
not know if this SEC has it.. and have no idea how check if it ok or not...
but the car's posture was balanced and the ride was smooth.. normal on the
speed bumps, some squeaking noise which i blamed on bushings
thanks
