Usually the wooden door pocket covers are provided by Carat Du Chatelet a Belgian company that buildsuzo interiors. 
No one makes knock offsof these in Japan, because no one there would but it.

Also, the seller states the car was painted and he has documentation from AMG.
Someone in Oregon should just go see it to confirm this car is real.
It seems to have the right stickers from AMG. I have seen a lot worse cars pretending to be one.

it is an amg supplied upgrade....very hard to find original stuff but sometimes you can find knock-offs of it in japan.

The wood trim on the door pockets is that standard or aftermarket,if it is
