[W126 Coupe] high pressure power steering hose

Any outfit that makes hydraulic hoses in your local industrial park can make them. Bring a hose, tell them the fluid compatibility (hydraulic fluid/power steering fluid) and required pressure + 25% as a safety measure. They can re-use your fittings and build the hose while you wait to the same length as original - you'll just have to have alternate transportation while your car bleeds fluid in your garage awaiting it's new hoses.
In So Cal I usually go with Hose Man Inc. They also made my other cars brake lines and fuel lines using high spec low permeation hoses. A factory part for the high and low pressure hoses can cost you $200. A Hydraulic shop rebuild will tend to run you $20.00 and if it ever fails, bring it back and they'll build you a hose that won't - a very rare occurrence in my experience.
The ability to re-use your fittings is a big part of the cost benefits and as long as the threads aren't stripped, it's the way to go.
