[W126 Coupe] Passenger headlight bulb only glowing at half strength and it is not the bulb

How are the high beams? Same?? There are four white fuses in the main fuse
box, one for each filament. Check them first. If they're not the brass
colored fuse elements but the dull lead colored, change them all.
