Hmmm, is it Dean that's having the problem with the steering wheel?

At any rate, I believe that what he is trying to convey is that the steering 
wheel itself..
- not the Colum
- not the alignment
- not the dash

- The steering wheel is not "square"... in essence, when sitting in the car, 
hands on wheel @ 9:o'clock & 3:o'clock.. you look at the left side of the 
wheel and it seems further back or down than the right side, or one side of 
the wheel rim is not level with the other.

Measuring distance from the dash pad to the back of the wheel rim.. left 
side roughly measures 9 3/4"  while the right side is 10 1/2" ..

Is this the type of issue you speak of?
