Steve sent .pdf files and some of us have trouble with those.

I found a FREE .pdf reader called Foxit Reader that is great.
Using Foxit is almost intuitive ...  add notes, do measurements, etc.

There are full blown tools available for a price but THE READER IS FREE
and no, I do not own stock in this company, it is just a great product.
as great as Irfan View.
