[W126 Coupe] replacement radiator 1985 SEC 500

Two years ago I had my radiator replaced on my 1985 500 sec.  Today I noticed
leaking out of the top corner where it is attached.  The mechanic who put it in
says there was only a one year warranty.  Any thoughts?  Kindda bad if I need a 
new replacement again.
