[W126 Coupe] Need a/c compressor for 1985 500

Parts 400,  labor 4 hours.  Compressor, receiver dryer only and assumes you just had seal failure and not black death.  Later total could be 8-12 hours to flush and add etr replacement

Any thoughts on what a 1985 500 a/c compressor should cost to replace?
Are they new or aftermarket mercedes parts?
The dealer wants $3000 which is insane considering the car is probably worth about that much.
