[W126 Coupe] 1988 560 SEC blogs out?

[560secFL]

Hi all 

 

I wrote a couple weeks ago and asked this nobody really had an answer but I
thought I'd try again. My car runs fine until it's raining outside and I
drive it on wet roads and then it'll only idle and will not go unless I
floor it and then accelerates to full speed could this be a vacuum hose it's
not water in the gas tank I can assure you.

I would appreciate any suggestions or help and I have already heard the ones
just don't drive in the rain.
