[W126 Coupe] A/C Not cooling

I'd see if your auxillary fan is cutting in..
This is the one you see right there when you open the bonnet. 
Its controlled by the two pin temp sensor at top of thermostat housing and also a relay in fuse box. 
In my car the relay had burnt out. 

Easy test is to bridge the pins on the temp sensor to see if the fan comes on (with ignition on).
If it does, may be faulty temp sender, if not then look at the relay. On my car the two a/c relays are the ones furthest back. Most the relays are the same so you can swap them around to test.

 however i havent attempted a repair until today. Sent it to a shop he suspected some relay and\or valve  (not  specific i know) once he figures it out ill post what he did. But of course i expect the mb coupes experts to have a more prompt response ;)..

My 1985 500 had it's a/c repaired and works great up until about 80 degrees 
outside.  Once that temperature rises the a/c starts to blow warmer 
air.  At 90 degrees it is just a fan and not helping with the cooling down 
at all.  Any suggestions?
