[W126 Coupe] Fuel pump relay jumper

It means you take out the relay, and use a piece of wire to stick into those
two holes marked #7 and #8. Use a decent gauge wire, I usually use 12 or 14
gauge. This allows the car to start without the relay, bypassing it. Helps
to debug fuel related problems.
