Lou, if you are going with Bilsteins (and I recommend that you do), normally they suggest that if your car has been lowered, that you go with the Sport model, rather than the Heady Duty model. 

The Comfort model may be the best ride to compensate for the increased ride harshness of 18-inch wheels, but I'll leave that opinion to others who have those size wheels/tires.
